14-Day Return Window: You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items.
Condition of Items: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories attached.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase is required to process any return or refund.
Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, downloadable digital products, personal care items, and final sale items cannot be returned unless defective.
Return Authorization: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to receive a Return Authorization number and detailed instructions.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product).
